    would it be possible to move the data and setting from dev account to actual account?

    Hi Chris-

    You would have the option to retrieve whatever data you needed via our REST API and then POST it back to the new account, although it may be simpler to work with our support team to get a new sponsored account & rename your existing.

    Hi,

    We have created one trial account and we had requested to convert trial account to sponsored developer account, but trial account didn't convert into sponsored developer account and now it's showing trial period has expired and you can't perform operations on tickets.

    For all this procedure we had followed above mentioned procedure, are we missing something here? or any other prerequisites are there?

    Could you please let me know about this problem?

    Sometimes these requests can take a while Sagar. You should have received an email when your request was received. Can you reply back to that email to get an update?

    Yes Bryan , we got an email and we have replied to same email, but there is no response afterwards. Okay we will reply to the same again.

    Hi Brian,

    I created a trial account and requested a developper entreprise account a week ago but for now, my account isn't transferred yet and my trial ends tomorrow.

    Can you help ?

    I created a trial, added the dv3, contacted support...

    When I created it asked me to verify email.  I sent three emails for verification.  Nothin'.

    I tried logging in, failed, it sent me another verification... nada, didn't get it at all.

    Tried forgot password, said it sent me something "if"... didn't get anything.

    Checked every folder, including spam.

     

    You can move this to a ticket, but it doesn't appear I will get any emails. I did send in a ticket, with a screenshot of my inbox.

    Hey Mark,

    It looks like one of our Advocates replied to your ticket this morning. If you never received that email, can you try logging into https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us with your email address you generated the ticket with?

    You should be able to see a list of your tickets you've created with us and reply back from there from the My Activities page. If the email address is correct and you're still not receiving emails, you may want to contact the team that manages your email client to see if these are being filtered out for some reason.
