Hi Padraig!  I am interested in how you were able to embed Cisco finesse into the Zendesk topbar.  Can you share more about this?

Hi Rob, what we did was make a Zendesk hosted topbar app that has the GUI necessary (login/out, notready, answer, release etc.). This app then loads a Finesse library from a Proxy Server that proxies the Finesses commands (such as notready) and events between the Finesse server and the app. PM me if you need more

    All the best,
    Padraig

Does Zendesk trial include functionality of Talk Partner Edition?

p.s. It is shown as Professional Edition.

Hi Ricky Wong! Yes, you can definitely start a Talk Partner Edition trial while in a Support Trial as well. Note that if you do start this trial, you will also be starting a Talk Professional trial as well, if you have not already done so.

To start a Partner Edition trial, either setup your account with an existing telephony provider or you can make an API call using one of the Talk Partner Edition endpoints.

Is there any extra process to get Talk Partner Edition trial? I have opened a Zendesk trial and recently doing a POC on PureCloud integration. There are things which don't seem to work as documented - i checked Genesys's documentation and it said Talk Partner Edition is required.

Under subscription of my trial, the plan was shown as "Professional", so I am not sure whether it was because features for Talk Partner Edition are not enable by default.
