Tickets created and updated via the Zendesk for Mobile apps for iPhone, iPad, Android, and Windows Phone will now use the new "Mobile" via type.
Previously new tickets from mobile were consolidated under the API via type and ticket updates classified as web. Any triggers set up specifically using the API or web via types and expecting mobile events to be included will need to be reconfigured.
Reporting will now be able to display events created by the mobile via type.
Customers will begin seeing this in the coming weeks.
