    com.zopim.android.sdk.model.VisitorInfo.getEmail() this particular method is crashing in my case, it is throwing a NullPointerException. This is called as soon as the intent is called, I followed the setup method exactly the same.

    Hi,

    We have some sample code for iOS. You should be able to use that to do something equivalent on Android:

    Is there a way to route chat requests first to help guide and provide suggestions before live chat agent accepts the chat request ?

    Hari Lee You need create a instance of VisitorInfo and set it when you init the SDK.

    VisitorInfo visitorInfo = new VisitorInfo.Builder().build();
    ZopimChat.setVisitorInfo(visitorInfo);
    ZopimChat.init("your app key");

    It looks like you might be using an older version of the Chat SDK. Can you try updating to version 1.4.4 and see if the issue still occurs?
