    I am using ZenDesk Chat API for iOS

    All I gathered from this site was if I was dealing with Tickets and Requests.  That means nothing to me yet.  Can you explain or give some real world situations where I would love to make use of the Zendesk API?

    The answer to your question can get complex pretty quickly, and this format is probably not the best way to communicate. I work with developers who leverage our product's platform (which includes our various APIs - more here), and would be more than happy to set up a call or screenshare with you to go over any and all of your questions.     Hi Charles Nadeau,

    Does Zendesk provide a token that is able to target all APIs (Support, Chat, Sell in my case). For now I have to conduct different OAuth authentification flows but it would be far more efficient to have a unique token.

    Hi Emile Cohen. This is definitely something that's on engineering's roadmap. Because various products came through acquisitions, there is still work to be done on getting full, common authentication around OAuth. I don't have any timeframes to share right now, however, on when this will be done.
