    Will it be possible to add the reviews as a channel to Zendesk Support like Google Play via the Channel Framework?

    Like Martijn, we also have a presence in the Zendesk App's site.  We'd love to be able to act on any feedback we receive on an app's listing, and a feed in to our Zendesk seems like a great fit, allowing us to reply to our reviewers.


    To manage feedback via the Zendesk Channel Framework seems like a natural fit.

    As for this change in rating placement, I think it's a great step forward. Saving Zendesk agents precious app height, and allowing a more complete view of how Zendesk Apps are perceived.

    Is there any API/mechanism available that would allow us to have an authenticated Zendesk consumer of our app to submit a review through our app itself? ie, we could pass the start rating and review text to the marketplace through our own interface?  It is sometimes a challenge to direct users back to the marketplace to submit the review; having an API to allow this to be pushed would encourage more reviews, benefiting both the app makers as well as the amount of reviews overall in the Marketplace. The existing back end of your marketplace could still verify the authenticity of the user as well as establish that they have the app installed. Thank you!

    API access to this information (both setting and getting) has been requested before but is not currently in the product. I'll pass along this request as a +1 to the product management team. Thanks for that feedback.
