Deprecating 'Rate My App' Follow

    Does this mean it will go away in Zendesk Support? Having this active by default for all agents is a really frustrating feature, we don't need or want our agents rating apps. Admins maybe use it but it just takes up valuable app real estate for agents when each app has the little bar on the bottom! The UX needs work - agents don't often see they can hide it to reclaim the space.


    Please remove this feature from the Support tool as well!

    No, this is just for the Mobile platform Dan.


    Saving space has been brought up before for Apps framework apps, however. Admins and developers often want to save as much space as possible. I'll pass along your vote to product management for the ability to optionally drop ratings from appearing. Thank you for the feedback.
