Important: Zendesk stopped supporting the Unity 3d plugin in 2016. It's now community-supported. Zendesk is working on a native Unity SDK. You can participate in the early access program.
The plugin is an open source project. It's supported by the open source community that contributes to its development. It's not officially supported by Zendesk. This means a few things:
- If you want to make changes to the Unity3D plugin, you're free to submit code to the project. Members of the Zendesk team continue to review code changes
- Documentation for the plugin resides on GitHub
- If you have an issue with the plugin, log the issue in the project on GitHub. Don't create a ticket with the Zendesk customer service team
