If your organization uses the Zendesk Web Widget or Chat Widget on web pages or the Chat SDK on mobile devices, the Chat Conversations API lets you use a chatbot, an application that acts as a Zendesk Chat agent and interacts with customers.
The Conversations API is available on Zendesk Chat Enterprise or Premium (legacy) plan.
