Displaying a caller's existing ticket in Support

    Hi Team,

    While trying to populate details of a ticket by clicking on a button in an private app, a I am getting 200 okay but parent frame is not getting refreshed with details. I am using  free developer account.

          },

    Could you please help here as it is very critical for me to deliver it.

    Hi Vivek Pandey. Keep in mind that the first ID is the agent where you want to display the given ticket. If you're not logged in as user /api/v2/users/360659884195, you're not going to see the given ticket but the API will succeed.

    If that has already been considered and you are logged in as 360659884195, please contact Zendesk Customer Support. More private details of your account will be needed to figure this out.

    Also, here's a code snippet of what your app's code should look like:
