Publishing your app in the Zendesk Marketplace is the best resource for app publishing information.

Once an app has been submitted for review, the review team will contact you directly regarding any issues that may need to be addressed.

I see that you already have a private ticket Nayan Kumar -- that is the best route to get any issues resolved.

Hi David. This is in the context of HTTP request headers that come from a third-party/remote integration service. There are integrations on the marketplace that utilize a remote service that is owned by the app developer to complete the integration. HTTP requests coming from these remote locations should have these headers.

These headers are not required by API requests coming directly from a Zendesk app (such as a ticket_sidebar or top_bar app).

    Hope that clears things up!
