    You can do this with Google Tag Manager. Instead of loading the Zendesk Script in your header, load Zendesk via GTM and then trigger it to fire on the pages you desire.

    I am using the trial version of Chat. In the Settings section under Widget, I only see General Preferences and Satisfaction Ratings. I am not finding a Hide Widget section.

    Hello Zendesk,

    The javascript to open the Chat window used to work before but seemed to have stopped working recently.

    You can check that by clicking the header Chat in the footer of this page https://24.inoi.com/hc/en-us

    Please check how the javascript should be adjusted to make this work again. Thx

    Hi Dreadkn1ght123! The Widget appears to be functioning as expected when I visit the page. Could you let me know what isn't working and could you share the code snippet in question? I didn't see anything in the page source.

    Hi,

    Is it possible to set the chat window so that it pops up only once when people first get to the website and it doesn’t pop up every time someone visits a new page?

    The code below makes the chat window to pop up after 10sec and everytime you navigate to pages, it pops up.

    <script type="text/javascript">

    window.setTimeout(function() {

    $zopim.livechat.button.show();

    $zopim.livechat.window.show();

    $zopim.livechat.bubble.show();

    //You can add more APIs on this line

    }, 10000); //time’s in milliseconds - 10 seconds = 10000

    </script>
