We're excited to share that we've expanded permissions capabilities for Custom Objects to now include configuring a rule that is relationship based.
Think of it the way end-user requester permissions on a ticket work. If the person is the requester on a ticket (the relationship between the person and the ticket), they could sign in to Help Center, go to their profile, and see the tickets they're a requester on.
For custom objects, an admin can use the object type permissions settings to say that end users or agents can only see object records that they're directly related to.
