    Does the header information reside in a text file? what directory?

    Hi David. This is in the context of HTTP request headers that come from a third-party/remote integration service. There are integrations on the marketplace that utilize a remote service that is owned by the app developer to complete the integration. HTTP requests coming from these remote locations should have these headers.

    These headers are not required by API requests coming directly from a Zendesk app (such as a ticket_sidebar or top_bar app).

    Hello,

    All of our apps are already in the marketplace. Regarding this statement, "Zendesk verifies that the headers are present on a specific test account designated during the submission process",  how should we proceed? Where exactly should we designate this test account?
