We have received an error The server could not verify that you are authorized to access the requested resource on our third-party backend service when the bot transferred the chat to a human agent.
As per previous posts, this happens in case of incorrect configurations but surprisingly we received it only once and not for other tickets. Now, as we are unsure of this error's root cause, we can not prevent this from happening in the future.
