How to Populate "to" On Ticket

    Hi Jesse, thanks for your patience while we got to this post!

    Looking at the screenshot that you took, along with the information about FormStack, it seems as though the tickets are actually coming in via email as opposed to the API. If this issue is persisting for you, let me know and I'll create a private ticket so that we can follow-up with some specific details and investigate this to get to the root of the issue!
