Sorry to bother you. We are currently working on an integration with Zendesk.
The documentation goes a little bit all over the place, there's so much content I'm clearly getting lost.
So, we are trying to simply send message on the behalf of company that integrate their zendesk with us, and also to receive them through a webhook.
Of course, Zendesk having now both the emails and the live chat, we would like to have this feature for both.
We integrated the Zendesk support Oauth, but then on some documentation it is said this will not work, and we actually have to integrate with Zendesk chat.
I'm getting a little bit lost, and can't find any documentation to simply answer a chat through the API...
Could you guide me on this ? Thanks a lot
