We're would like to integrate our knowledge management product platform with Zendesk Chat API.
The way we want to do it, is to be able to 'listen' to the end user chat text and search for the end user text.
Once we get the text we'll present relevant knowledge items from our knowledge management and be able to send it back to the zendesk chat as an option.
Please send me some guidelines on which APIs, tools I need to use.
