I am looking to integrate Zendesk Chat with our CRM. The CRM has api's. We would like our agent to get access to customer/prospect info WITHIN Chat.
We like to see some our CRM information
1) on the dashboard, perhaps on the bottom left, below Tags, around VisitorPath, and
2) in the summary page >chat>visitors, as a new/custom column. This allows our agents to prioritise inbounds
What is the best way to achieve this ?
Is there any documentation that can get us started ?
