Is there a way where I can save a custom field without notifying the agent? We have a modified version of Select an Address that reads the recipient address of the ticket, and populates a hidden field on the ticket when a ticket is first loaded. Since this field is likely to change when an agent works the ticket and updates the recipient address - we can't set the field to update when the ticket is saved as we are trying to capture the original value.
Every time we have an agent open a ticket, they see this alert if they are the first to open the ticket. Is there a better way to update the field that doesn't display this?
