    Thanks for reaching us! 

    The access token you are using seems to be invalid. What I would suggest is to regenerate a new access token instead. To check the token's status, you can use REST API (https://developer.zendesk.com/rest_api/docs/chat/oauth_tokens) to list down all access tokens, however, you'll need a valid access token to do so.

    I know this is an old thread, but also be aware that the Chat Conversations API needs an OAuth token that has the 'chat' scope as well (on top of the regular 'read' and 'write' scopes).
