    Hi David, it seems that you did some modification to the conversations_api_sample_app.js file. If that's the case, is it possible to share the file with us (don't forget to remove all private credentials first)? If you are using the exact file as the gist, can you share your account credentials (Zendesk subdomain (i.e. <subdomain>.zendesk.com) if available; if not, one of the agent email address) to help us debug further?

    Hi Sutrisno, I have solved this question but I have two more.

    1. When I transfer the chat to another department my application doesnt left the chat keeping doing the echo.
    2. I want to block the tranfering chat to a specific department how can I do that

    Thanks.

    If you want the code I can send it to you.

    Glad to hear that :) Do you mind to share how did you fix it?

    For the next questions:

    1. The transferToDepartment mutation support an optional argument, leave; which if it is set to true, the application will leave the channel after the chat is successfully transfered to other department. For more information, you can refer to Conversations API schema documentation.
    2. You can do this by filtering down the data that you get for the departments query. As an example, the sample app eliminate non-online departments. You can also filter the departments based on any of the department fields, such as: id, name, enabled, and members (schema reference). Just make sure that you include the fields when constructing the query.

    It was missing a a piece of code:

    channelsToBeTransferred.push(chatMessage.channel.id);

    Thanks it helps a lot and know it is all working normally
