We are using Zendesk Chat, and want to integrate the Chat agent UI to our internal CRM system.
We have successful built a private app, that display some customer information on the side panel.
This information (eg Score) came from our CRM, via some api calls.
1) The app needs to be installed on each browser (as it is private). Is there a way to make this public, but only available under our account ?
2) We need to display the CRM information on the Chat's Visitor summary page. May be a new column next to Viewing. How can this be done ?
Any suggestions are welcomed.
