I'm currently using Zendesk support to manage my amazon seller emails , it works well with connection to channel-reply.
The main issue is that Tracking information is not available, and I understand that's a problem on Amazon end, because they simply don't provide it with any api call.
I would still like to add tracking information to all orders in the right side panel when I enter into a support ticket and I can retrieve that information from my own developed system.
My question is, which zendesk API do I need to look at in order to achieve that? is that the custom object API?
Basically, what I need is when entering a support ticket, a call need to be made to an API end point on my server with the order number and the response will be the tracking number and shipping company.
