I'm trying to have my BOT logged in to Zendesk Chat via Conversation API following instructions in the article.
I could get and connect to websocket_url, but after that, when I tried to send a mutation message, the following error was returned.
> Error code: 400
> Name: UNAUTHORIZED
> Message: Session is invalid
Strangely, it occurs only on specific account.
When I tried on another account, it did not occur and the mutation succeeded.
Each account is Premium plan, and was created at zopim.com (not in Zendesk Support).
I confirmed that agents are activated in these accounts.
Are there any other possible causes?
