    Hi Jan,

     

    Currently, you can't bring your own chat widget to Zendesk and only forward / escalate chats when they need an agent. We are, however, working on supporting such use case in a new set of APIs. Stay tuned!

    We'll start with onboarding a small group of Chat Enterprise customers in Q3 this year. Public launch dates are TBD :)
