    Hi Hieu-

It sounds like you are asking if it is possible to create "built-in" types like Users and Tickets using the Sunshine API - you cannot. You will need to use the /api/v2/users and /api/v2/tickets endpoints for "built-in" types. Would you please care to share a sample request, rather than a response, so I may be sure I am understanding  you correctly?

As far as searching, this is on the roadmap, but there is no availability to search across object records at this time.

    Hi Joseph,

Thanks for your answer. So let me explain my case here and what i understand by now. Please correct me if i am wrong.

I tried to create an object_record for "build-in type", zen:organization, using the API mentioned here, https://developer.zendesk.com/rest_api/docs/custom-objects-api/resources#create-object-record

According to your answer, zen:organization is the object_type of Organizations and create new object record is the same as create a new Organization, i think.
So i tried to do it in the wrong way, i should create or add a new Organization using this API, https://developer.zendesk.com/rest_api/docs/support/organizations#create-organization
instead of create a new object_record for zen:organization type, is it right?

And for the searching, i wanted to search all the object_records by object_type=zen:organization. That is the same as trying to list all the Organization, is this right?

    All in all,
What i understood here is for all the "build-in" type, we should use their correspond API instead of trying to use Custom Object API for it.
And Custom Object API is just applicable for the "non-build-in" Zendesk type? Am i right?
