My company has an enterprise license. We use the Chat web widget currently. We want it extend the Chat web widget functionality so that our Support Reps can reply with structured messages (example - buttons with "yes, i have a digital subscription"/"yes - i have a print subscription"/"no - I do not have a subscription").
I've read the "Getting started with the conversations api' and it looks like it wants me to write my own chat client. Is it possible to enhance the current Chat Web Widget (make calls to the Conversations API) instead of writing my own chat client? if so, where is the existing chat web widget code? where would I inject my custom code into the existing chat web widget?
