inviteAgent() mutation fails with "Agent is not enabled" error

    Hi William!

     

    Have you at any point disabled the agent before? If you have, can you try signing out and in of the account owner account in the Zendesk Chat platform? There might be some cache issues.

    Hi Wei,

    No one disabled the agents, and I signed out and into the owner agent with no luck.

    Some additional context: the error starting happen about the same time for all 5 of our Zendesk Chat domains, so it seems unlikely it was due to a configuration change of one of the accounts.
