I'm working on a chatbot via Zendesk Conversation Chat API. I search an option to send pro-actively a message to a visitor who has not send any message and has just arrived to a page with widget.
The objective is to not use triggers. I'd like to control the conversation by my chatbot. Is there any event that I can subscribe to know a user arrived on the site with widget ? I have tried chatActivity subscription, but I haven't any info on visitor arrival. It work only after is first message.
I have tried with a trigger but I haven't received either any event after the first message from trigger.
Have you an idea ?
