sendMessage doesn't have a fallback specification. Although text messages with options display in the agent chat console, the options on messages don't show up on the ticket created from chat. Can this be changed? (Either so tickets/history support displaying options, or allow fallbacks).
sendMessage with options and sendButtonTemplate have similar functionality (with sendMessage restricted to sending quickReplies), but sendButtonTemplate can only include 3 buttons while sendMessage can include a larger option array. Why is there a difference?
