Prevent Editing of Agent User Name

    Hi Cody. This unfortunately is an inconsistency between Ticket and User objects in the Support product. While you can disable Ticket fields, you can't do the same with User fields.

    This feature has been requested before as well. I'll forward this post to the engineering team for an up-vote. I can't say when or even if this will be implemented, but will definitely pass this along. It's reasonable that Ticket and User objects in the UI share similar functionality.
