    Hi Vladimir,

Could you clarify what you mean when you say you want to handle the situation? Do you want to add some extra functionality when those buttons are clicked? If so, our UI is pretty locked down, so there's not much you could do to change the behavior of these buttons.

As for the string changes, you can change the chat send button within the Localizable.strings file. It's under "ios.ZDCChat.chatTextEntry.sendButton":

    More info here:

Unfortunately the offline form send button cannot be customized.

So, to add a custom action after message sending we need to implement our custom UI? We need the following behavior: a user is located on the screen ‘A’, presses a button and goes to the support page (online chat or form to send message to offline support). And if a user sends a message (online or offline) he will go to screen ‘B’. But if he presses the 'back' button he will go back to ‘A’ screen. Thanks.

    Hi Vladimir,

That's correct, we don't have a supported way to intercept/modify the actions of the UI buttons. A custom UI would be the way to go for customizations like that. That being said, we don't actually have any offline form methods for the Chat SDK API right now.
