    Hey Marcin,

Thanks for your patience, I can confirm we've rolled out a fix for this. You should now be able to submit your app without a blocking error.

    Thanks!

Thank you for your reply. It has been going on for a long time. It's a bit annoying because I can't change / fix it and the Zendesk users (and thus my clients) are getting impatient.

Do you know when it will be fixed?

    Best,
    Marcin

    Hey Marcin,

Yep, we have a bug in the app submission/validation process that's incorrectly erroring here. We should have a fix out as soon as possible!

Thanks for your patience. I'll be sure to update this thread once it's fixed.

    Chris

I see that the status of the message from 'error' has been changed to 'warning' and the update has been sent successfully.

    I received email:

"The queue is currently large, so you can expect a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks for new apps and within 2-3 week for updates to existing apps."

Currently, the status is 'pending'. If any other error occurs, e.g. in our application, we want to be able to correct it quickly. If possible, please update quickly.

    Thank you.
