    Hi Mari. That 20 minutes isn't configurable (timeouts mentioned here in When do chats time out?).

    You can end the session on the Chat Conversations API side using stopAgentSession, but as mentioned in the above article, the user can reinitiate the chat ("An agent can leave a chat session, but it would stay open from the visitor side").

    What is your particular use case?
