    Hello Niojan.

    The Chat Conversations API relies on a Zendesk Chat product OAuth token. Zendesk Chat OAuth tokens are different than Zendesk Support OAuth tokens. The endpoint you're using below would be for a Zendesk Support token.

    That said, the easiest way to get a Chat token is to use an "Implicit" grant flow (versus the "Authorization Code" grant flow). Go to article Chat API tutorial: Generating an OAuth token, create your Chat OAuth client as described, then look for the "Quickly generating the token with your browser" section.

    Remember, for Chat Conversations API token, you need read, write, AND chat scopes (as described here)
