We would like to create a simple app.
It should contain text (in this case a number of questions our 1st line support should ask the customer)
Based on the type of problem, these questions would change. (by value of custom ticket field or ticket tag)
(we could also use a link to a google sheet for example for easier editing)
What we would like to realise:
for example: a customer calls about a printer problem
Our 1st line support changes the asset (custom ticket field) to printer.
on the right side, the app shows certain questions he/she should ask before he/she can direct it towards 2nd line support.
Is such a thing possible?
How could we go about creating this?
I've created a simple app before, but never used ticket information in it.
