we have a custom app which communicates with our databases and gives our support team valuable information when helping our customers.
In this app I want to be able to have links (or buttons) which the support team can click to automatically create a new ticket using the correct requester email and some custom data fields, based on the current data in the app.
So far I have found out how to set the different fields using the client.set('field', 'value') and how to create a new empty ticket using the client.invoke('routeTo', 'ticket', 'new'). What I need is to invoke a 'routeTo' using the data fields changed.
I have so far not been able to find the information in your API documentation (which I find is rather limiting or poorly organized, by the way, it is hard to find the information needed).
Could anyone give me a nudge in the right direction?
