Chat API

Hi Brian. Where the word "tokens" is used and the differences between how they are used between Zendesk Support and Zendesk Chat products can get confusing.

The "token" in this case is an "OAuth Bearer" token created specifically for Zendesk Chat. This is not the same "API token" that can be used by Zendesk Support ("john@example.com/token:<api token value>").

On top of that, the Chat bearer token that you create cannot be used by Zendesk Support and vice versa -- each product has its own set of bearer tokens that can't be used in the other.

That said, and assuming you do indeed have a Chat token, try:

    curl.exe https://www.zopim.com/api/v2/incremental/chats?start_time=1546326000 -v -H "Authorization: Bearer putYourOAuthTokenHere"

    Hope this gets you going!

And while Zendesk Support related, How can I authenticate API requests gives a nice overview for authentication methods in that product.
