We have released new versions of Chat SDK v2 for both iOS and Android. This release introduces one major new feature: User Authentication via JWT. In additional, we have increased our dark mode support on iOS to include Articles via Answer Bot, Support for AndroidX, as well as numerous bug fixes.

Chat SDK v1 is being replaced by the new Chat SDK v2, and that effective December 16, 2020, v1 will no longer be supported. More information on this change can be found here. We recommend that you migrate to Chat SDK v2 as soon as possible in order to take advantage of the reliability and stability improvements that this version brings, and to ensure that your Chat integration is well supported into the future.
