Hello, I've encountered a problem with the Zendesk Chat trying to develop a chat bot app. If I want to differentiate between different concurrent chats while sending a message, the message goes to everyone in the same way. Say I want to send to the first person in queue a message saying 1, to the second one in the queue a message saying 2 and so on. How do I differentiate the chats upon sending them?
