    Hi Geoff. The channels query doesn't allow for filtering, so you'll need to do that on your own.

    If you want an example of calling the channels method that returns agent information, check out this unsupported example here on Github. In the example, to trigger the call to get channel information and display in the backend script's console output, enter 'get channels' in the client-side chat widget.

    Here's the sample request:

    PS — after, first, before, and last are for paging functionality. Paging functionality and values may be required in a future version but are not needed right now. You can ignore these.
