Can we get what the user is typing before sending the message through the Chat API?

Hello Edit Muzhaqi. Technically, from the Chat Conversations API side of things, since it essentially has all the limitations as a regular agent, a message is not sent until the end user explicitly sends it. You can't peak at what's being typed until the user sends it.

I could see *maybe* this being possible if you wrote your own Chat widget using the Web SDK, where you could control when a message is sent, but that would require development resources. It would make the chatbot side of things interesting, as you'd get a separate message for every letter typed.

So, the official answer is no, but maybe there could be some workarounds if you have development resources. Hope this at least sets expectations!
