Zendesk Support has many built-in channels, including email, web forms, Twitter, and Facebook. Unfortunately, we can't cover every channel where customers ask for help.
Fortunately, you can use the Channel framework to build your own channel. We published a new five-part project in the KB that shows you how to build a simple channel to a community in Zendesk Help Center.
A few years ago we published a series of articles that described how to build a WordPress channel. The goal of the new series is to make it easier to learn to build a channel using only Zendesk products and a more transparent implementation.
