Well I am wondering if Sunshine API will be able to retrieve user properties from mixpanel so it will auto-populate custom ticket fields when a user contacts us via zendesk. For example, firstname.lastname@example.org emailed us and it generated a new ticket, email@example.com is a user in mixpanel. I want his user properties to be auto-populated into the custom ticket fields in his newly generated ticket in zendesk when he emailed us. Some examples of this are his App version, Device ID, subscription type, etc.
