    Hi Scott Franke! Those are some of the main things that would affect this, however it is possible to hide certain departments from showing online (either in the Web Widget or in one of our mobile SDKs). The best way for us to determine what is happening here is to have you work with one of our Advocates to check the logs during the affected times to ensure that it wasn't something simple like the agent moving to an Away status. You can reach out to them via the Help button on the right side of your agent interface or through support@zendesk.com
