I'm having an issue when attempting to transfer to another department. My app is first checking to see what departments are online. I'm not sure if my issue is the API or the chat product but I am getting results where a department has a status of offline when by all account it should be online.
My understanding is that the department should have a status of online if it is within operating hours and there is at least one agent assigned to that department online. Are there any other conditions what would cause the department to have an offline status?
