Just to let you know, I am having to disable the App now, as it is regularly blocking agents from submitting tickets. Look forward to it being fixed, and I will turn it back on when this is sorted.

Another issue found - if I am set to OOO, it seems to be difficult to update my own tickets. This IS being used in conjunction with the Time Tracking App, just in case that is interfering.
